Jaylin Rogers lives in Utah, and she’s allergic to cold weather. Even a slight chill will cause her skin to break out in hives, because she suffers from Cold Urticaria. Her skin has massive reactions to cold weather by breaking out in hives all over her body, her blood pressure drops, and if she’s not treated quickly and adequately, she can die from this. Jaylin is participating in studies at the University of Utah and trying to protect herself from the frigid, Utah winter air. What is so ridiculous about his is…why doesn’t she move to Florida? If she lived in a place with warmer climates, she wouldn’t have to worry about the fatal consequences of living in cold weather.
