Birds with no faces are absurd, because they can’t see to fly, and don’t have any purpose for the freedom their wings give them. Even if they were to instinctually flap their wings, they would not be able to see in front of them to steer their bodies away from obstacles. Even if a bird could rely on other senses for flying, it is ridiculous for any animal to have to have that type of immense freedom without the ability to see the beautiful world it flies in.
